Backend technology for online games. I oversee business and product divisions spanning partnerships, operations, finance, and go-to-market, helping studios build and grow connected experiences.

FirstLook, Player.gg & Creators.gg

2024 — present

Chief Operating Officer, FirstLook

Tools that connect game studios with their audiences: player relationships, playtesting, game discovery, and creator campaigns. My work spans the business and product operations behind this ecosystem.

FreshCut

2020 — 2024

Co-founder & CEO

A social video platform built around gaming and the Roblox community. As co-founder and CEO, I helped grow FreshCut to approximately 3 million users and more than 150,000 creators.

Twitch

2015 — 2019

Global Head, Business Development & Partnerships

I built the business development and partnerships team and worked across game publishers, creators, and platforms. My work included the strategy and launch of developer products such as Drops, Extensions, and Analytics, alongside Twitch–Amazon initiatives.

Microsoft / Xbox

2011 — 2015

Senior Business Manager

At Xbox Studios, I worked in external development and publishing, supporting franchises including Halo, Gears of War, Age of Empires, and Microsoft’s casual games. I also helped build esports, streaming, and community engagement programs.

Games Growth Guild

2025 — present

Co-founder

A global community of marketing and publishing professionals in games. I co-founded the guild to bring people together around shared experiences, practical lessons, and new approaches to growing games.
